Contact us

Everything reaches the same inbox. What changes is how quickly we can act on it — and that depends almost entirely on how much detail you include.

Email

[email protected]

We are volunteers in the South African timezone (SAST, UTC+2), so replies usually land within a couple of days rather than within the hour. Server outages get looked at faster than everything else.

This site deliberately has no contact form, no account system, and no newsletter — we do not want to collect or store personal information we have no use for. Email is the only channel, and we only keep what you send us for as long as it takes to deal with it.

Reporting a player

If someone is breaking the server rules — griefing, stealing, harassment, cheating — report it rather than retaliating. Retaliating usually ends with both accounts under review, which is not the outcome you want.

A report we can act on includes:

Reporting griefing or lost builds

Tell us the coordinates and roughly when you last saw the build intact. We keep backups and we can often roll back a specific area rather than a whole world, but the window is not unlimited — the sooner you report it, the more likely a clean restore is. Do not start rebuilding on top of the damage before you have heard from us, because that makes a targeted rollback much messier.

Appealing a ban or mute

Appeals are read properly, and some of them succeed. Email us from a message that includes:

Two things that reliably do not work: sending the same appeal repeatedly, and joining on an alt account. Ban evasion turns a temporary ban into a permanent one, and it is usually obvious. If you genuinely think we got it wrong, say so plainly and give us something to check — we would rather fix a mistake than defend one.

Bugs and technical problems

Before emailing, it is worth checking the connection troubleshooting guide — the large majority of "I cannot join" reports turn out to be a version mismatch or a local network issue, and that guide will resolve it faster than we can reply.

If it is a genuine server-side bug, we need the exact error message text (a screenshot of it is ideal), your platform and Minecraft version, and what you were doing when it happened. "It crashed" without a version number is close to unactionable.

Advertising, press and business enquiries

Use the same address and put the topic in the subject line. To save time: we do not sell in-game ranks, perks, or items, we do not host paid promotional builds, and we do not accept sponsored placements inside the game world. Website advertising runs through Google AdSense.

Privacy and legal

For questions about how this site handles data, requests relating to your personal information, or anything covered by POPIA or GDPR, email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line. The Privacy Policy sets out what we do and do not collect, and the Terms of Service cover use of the website and server.

One thing we cannot help with

We cannot recover, reset, or unlock your Minecraft account — that is a Microsoft account, and only Microsoft support can do anything about it. We have no access to it. The same goes for purchases, refunds, and Realms subscriptions.
