General Rules:

• Doxing (revealing someone's identity which includes, but not limited to, first name, full name, city of residence, specific address, telephone number) is an offense which will lead to an immediate ban.
• No simping. Excessive flirtation (mostly by males) with the opposite sex in the hopes of impressing and gaining an actual romantic relationship with the female player).
• Do not encourage or seek out players to simp for you. The exploitation and manipulation of young male players for the sole purpose of gaining favours, attention, or even power (if the victim happens to be a staff member) will lead to an immediate ban.
• Do not create accounts on social media or elsewhere under the name "FenixCraft" implicitly or explicitly. This is impersonation. Do not procure and use the branding which includes the logo, colours, or any other design elements that is directly or indirectly associated with FenixCraft.
• Respect Others: Treat fellow members with respect and kindness. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks. This includes  race, sex, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any  characteristic protected by law or community standards.
• Do not attempt to exit the world border.
• Do not utilise any methods of extracting or obtaining the world seed using any method.
• Do not copy or imitate a staff member or another player by either using their nickname and/or using the same skin.
• No duping or exploiting bugs and glitches. Please report the problem to a staff member.
• Do not use commands to plugins and features you should not have access to. Please report this immediately. This includes, but not limited to, teleportation, world edit
• All rules are subject to change at any time by management. Any change or addition of rules will be communicated on Discord. Take note that ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse as they are available to read on Discord and the website.

Chat Rules:

Please note this is for Minecraft and Discord chat rules!

• Do not spam and/or repeat the same message consecutively in main chat.
• Similarly, do not spam a staff member's name until they respond. Staff are often looking at a different window/screen and prioritising tasks. Chances arthat your message has been read and added to the list of tasks.
• Respect Others, treat fellow members with respect and kindness. No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks. This includes race, sex, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any characteristic protected by law or community standards.
• Handle conflicts and disagreements privately NOT in public channels.
• Keep Content Appropriate: Ensure all content shared (text, images, links, etc.) is appropriate for all ages. No explicit or NSFW content allowed.
• No Doxing or Sharing Personal Information: Do not engage in or promote doxing (the act of publicly revealing someone's private information without their consent), including but not limited to sharing addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, or any other identifying information. Respect everyone's privacy and keep personal information confidential.
• Do NOT push a staff member or a player while they are AFK or not responding to you.
• Do not ask staff for favours such as, but not limited to, items, rank, role, or access rights to high-level commands from staff
• Do not beg for items and gear or demand that it be given to you.
• Do not demand that other players “sleep”. Nobody is entitled or has the right to expect other players to sleep when you want them to unless you are in danger and urgently need help. A big portion of Minecraft relies on night-time for certain game elements and mechanics which other players have a right to. Only when 50% of players online are sleeping will it skip night.
• Do not advertise your own Discord and/or Minecraft server
• Do not discuss the punishments of a player in public chats.

PvP Server Rules:

• No Hacking or Macros: Using hacks or macros to gain an unfair advantage in combat is strictly prohibited.
• Server Performance: Deliberately causing lag on the server is not allowed and may result in punishment.
• Exploits: Any exploits that could harm the server or its players are strictly forbidden.
• Chat Etiquette: Avoid flooding the chat with excessive messages; this disrupts the gameplay experience for others and may result in a mute.
• Map Integrity: Do not flood the Free-for-All (FFA) arena nor flood the spawn with blocks; doing so will lead to punishment.
• Border Glitching: If caught glitching into barriers or the combat border, you will face consequences.
• Do not cross-use kits that are not meant for an FFA.
• Fair Gameplay: Altering your game to gain an unfair advantage over others, including the use of hacked clients like Meteor, Wurst, Aristois, etc., is strictly prohibited. Mods such as Radar, Auto Place, Scaffold, Scripts, Packet exploits, and any mods from a hacked client are also not allowed.

Survival Server Rules:

FARM

• Light Blocks and Barrier Blocks are prohibited and illegal.
• Redstone clocks must not be left running all the time. All Redstone clock circuits must have an off-switch.
• Farms left running when logged off can be loaded and activated by players
• within the simulation distance. Failure to do so will result in a temp-ban or perma-ban. Causing server lag directly or indirectly will not be tolerated.
• ALL farms and trading halls regardless of size must be registered by providing a staff member the description and location of all owned farms. Any farms not
• registered will be seized and/or destroyed.
• Chunks causing significant lag due to entity counts, Redstone contraptions and/or mobs may be subject to modification or partial removal.
•  Intentionally creating lag causing machines is strictly not allowed.
•  Chunk-loaders are not allowed
• Redstone Limitations
• 64 hoppers per chunk.
• 128 Redstone dust per chunk.
• 64 Redstone repeaters per chunk.
• 64 pistons per chunk.
• 64 observers per chunk.
• 2 hopper minecarts per chunk.

BUILDING

• Do not build/claim within 300 blocks from the edge of another player’s claim unless you are given consent.
• Do not build/claim within 500 blocks from the edge of a dimension hub (overworld spawn, nether hub, end hub)

PVP ( Survival )

• Do not PvP unless all parties involved have given consent.
• Do not take a player’s gear upon their death unless it was the conditions priorly agreed to.
• Do not spawn-kill and/or repeatedly kill the same player.

Grieving

• Do not grief (i.e. destroy what others have built, kill another player’s animal etc.)
• Do not harass or annoy another player if they have asked you to stop
• No form of tp-killing and trapping is allowed.
• Do not steal another player’s items from their containers even if the land is unclaimed. And do not claim this land.
• Do not claim builds that you did not build unless a staff member has explicitly permitted you.
• Do not destroy and/or demolish the environment on mass scale, especially near Spawn, unless you are preparing for a build inside/on the location. If gathering resources, please do so strategically as to not ruin the aesthetics of the surrounding area(s).

Glitches

• No duping or exploiting bugs and glitches. Please report the problem to a staff member.
• Do not use commands to plugins and features you should not have access to.
• Please report this immediately. This includes, but not limited to, teleportation, world edit

Cheating

• Cheating and using any form of a hacked client is strictly not allowed.. Strictly no hacking, or having an unfair advantage via client mods and/or resource packs (e.g. X-Ray)
• AFK mining, grinding, or other automatic cheats are not allowed. Auto clickers and macros are not allowed.
• The following is allowed:
• Client-side performance improvement mods (i.e. Optifine, Sodium).
• Aesthetic modifications (e.g. Shaders mods).
• Armor and effect status HUD mods.
• Brightness and gamma adjustment mods
• Mini maps and World maps
• If you suspect that another player might be cheating, have abilities they should not have, or building where they shouldn't, please message a staff member first before any accusations are made and expressed in chat. Players must be given the benefit of doubt and remain innocent until proven guilty.
